Shipping Policies

Campus Book Mart is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. If your order arrives by noon, Monday through Friday, it usually ships same-day. UPS Ground and FedEx Ground both deliver next-day to Mississippi addresses. (More info on shipping methods) Most items ship within 24 hours at a $9.00 flat rate if shipped within the United States. Items, including products that are large or fragile may include an additional shipping charge due to their size or weight. *Campus Book Mart cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to conditions beyond our control (such as severe weather, carrier service interruptions or holiday surge volume). **Special "hot market" and event items, such as National Championship, Conference Tournament and Bowl Game items may take longer depending on current availability as items arrive from the vendor(s). Special event items are produced by manufacturers only after the outcome of a game or event. These are advanced sale items and will ship once they are recieved. Our service providers are FedEx and USPS. The carrier will be determined by the service availability for your "ship to" location and the method of your delivery (Standard, Expeditied, or Next Business Day) you select. When your order ships, you will recieve an email that includes the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You will also recieve an email when your purchase has been delivered. Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
